- I broke my foot the day before Final Room Run and therefore did tech and performances either in a wheelchair or with a crutch

Unique Elements: First new production produced by TCO in over 10 years
- First time using moving lights, body mics and sound cues in a TCO production
- Extensive fight calls and chute practice (no injuries)
- Full Union production: AGMA, IATSE and AFofM
- Cast included 10 principals, 19 chorus, 3 supers and 1 child.
- All scene changes were performed a-vista with Supers and Crew in costume which included a few hours of scene change rehearsals with a pianist.
- Stage Management team included one AGMA ASM and 2 ASM interns, the largest number a TCO production had employed in over 10 years.

- The role of Count was let go after the 1st week and the replacement didn’t start until 2 days before tech so I walked the Count part thru almost all of staging, and then taught it to him before the Final Room run.
- No Assistant Director or Assistant Stage Manager, only one university intern who had never stage managed a show before.
